Job Description:
Our HR recruiting agency is currently seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Management professional to join a reputable small-scale industry engaged in sheet metal manufacturing. This role is crucial in fostering positive relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

1. Client Communication:Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide assistance, and address any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
   

2. Computer Proficiency:Perform various computer-related tasks, including data entry, email correspondence, and maintaining client records using CRM software.
   

3. Sales Team Coordination:Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate client-related activities, support sales efforts, and ensure seamless communication between clients and the company.
   

4. Customer Satisfaction:Proactively follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with products and services, and promptly address any issues or feedback to enhance their experience.
   

5. Team Leadership:Effectively motivate and guide the sales team to achieve targets and provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in any field.

5. Leadership qualities and the ability to coordinate with the sales team effectively.
