Key Responsibilities:
Execute installation, maintenance, and repair services for Branding machinery.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolving technical issues efficiently.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and provide technical support.
Conduct regular equipment inspections and preventive maintenance.
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems, providing effective solutions.
Document service activities, ensuring accurate and detailed records.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.

Qualifications and Experience:
Any Graduate/MBA in Marketing.
0 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Ability to travel pan India whenever required.
Smart and bold with excellent communication skills.
