Role Overview: As an HR Recruitment and Employee Retention Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, recruiting, and retaining top-tier talent across various regions in India. Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, implementing employee retention initiatives, and overseeing seamless entry and exit processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates across multiple locations in India.

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber talent.

  • Administer employee entry and exit procedures, ensuring a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience.

  • Design and execute employee retention programs to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and devise effective recruitment plans.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and employee-related documentation.

  • Uphold compliance with employment laws and regulations.

  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.

  • Minimum of 1 year of core recruitment experience.

  • Proficient in English with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, employee retention strategies, and entry-exit procedures.

  • Ability to manage and coordinate activities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Familiarity with relevant HR software and tools is advantageous.
