Job Description: As a Service Advisor / Body Shop Advisor, you will be responsible for attending to customers, consulting with them on their vehicle's service needs, and providing technical advice and guidance on recommended repairs and maintenance. The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar role in the automotive industry, preferably in a dealership.
Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers and consult with them on their vehicle's service needs

• Provide technical advice and guidance on recommended repairs and maintenance

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address customer complaints in a timely and effective manner

• Coordinate with technicians and other staff to ensure smooth service operations

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service transactions

• Assist in scheduling appointments and managing service appointments effectively

• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and service procedures
  Qualifications and Experience:

• ITI/B.Tech/Diploma in Automobile or a related field

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role in the automotive industry, preferably in a dealership

• Strong technical knowledge of automobiles and their systems

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-oriented approach and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively

• Proficiency in MS Office and automotive service software
