Job Description: As a Dealer Technical Leader, you will be a key player in leading and managing a team of vehicle technicians and apprentices. The ideal candidate holds an ITI or Diploma in Automobile Engineering, with 2 to 5 years of experience in automobile workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coach a team of vehicle technicians and apprentices

• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless customer service

• Provide estimates for servicing and repairs, setting realistic timescales

• Assist technicians in overcoming technical challenges to identify effective solutions

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Lead the technical team, ensuring efficient workflow and achieving targets
