The client is a key player in the industry, and we are seeking a qualified individual to join their team as a Sales CRM.


Client and Team Communication:
Engage in effective communication with clients and internal teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Office Software Proficiency:
Demonstrate excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
Utilize these tools for efficient data management and reporting.

CRM Administration:
Manage and administer the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Generate regular reports for sales and management teams.

Continuous Improvement:
Proactively identify areas for process improvement within the CRM system.
Implement changes to enhance overall efficiency.

User Training and Support:
Provide training to team members on CRM usage and best practices.
Offer ongoing support to ensure smooth operations.

Collaboration with Sales Team:
Work closely with the sales team to align CRM processes with business objectives.
Facilitate collaboration for improved sales performance.

Meeting Coordination:
Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
Ensure timely and efficient meeting logistics.

Team Management:
Demonstrate leadership skills in getting work done from the team.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Any Graduate or MBA in Marketing.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales.
Female candidates are preferred for this position.
