• Should have an experience in the production & planning of PU Foam products & preferably with good knowledge in adhesive/gumming, cutting & stitching of foam products.

• We are looking for a highly energetic, self-motivated individual to lead our production team with good communication and interpersonal skills.

• 8+ years experience in core production and handing suppliers, OEM customers, B2B & aftermarket.

• Computer literate with good presentation skills and a lot of drive/energy to bring coordination and cohesiveness amongst all functions to implement the decided strategies and achieve sales plan.
