Role Overview: As an HR Recruitment and Employee Retention Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, recruiting, and retaining top-tier talent across various regions in India. Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, implementing employee retention initiatives, and overseeing seamless entry and exit processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates across multiple locations in India.
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber talent.
Administer employee entry and exit procedures, ensuring a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience.
Design and execute employee retention programs to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and devise effective recruitment plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and employee-related documentation.
Uphold compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Minimum of 1 year of core recruitment experience.
Proficient in English with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, employee retention strategies, and entry-exit procedures.
Ability to manage and coordinate activities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Familiarity with relevant HR software and tools is advantageous.
