• Job Description: As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our store, ensuring optimal inventory management, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proven track record in store management.
  

• Key Responsibilities and Skills:

• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and timely replenishment.

• Knowledge of IATF: Familiarity with International Automotive Task Force (IATF) standards and requirements.

• Stores Management: Oversee day-to-day store operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.

• Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods.

• Team Management: Lead and motivate store staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

• 5S Implementation: Implement and maintain 5S principles for workplace organization and efficiency.

• Tally/Focus: Proficiency in Tally or similar software for inventory management and financial reporting.
