Job Description: As a Customer Care Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, proficiency in Marathi and Hindi, and strong knowledge of Excel and Word.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Communicate effectively in Marathi and Hindi, both written and verbal
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Provide product and service information to customers
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
Utilize Excel and Word for data entry and documentation tasks
Willingness to handle outbound calls as required
Qualifications and Experience:
Any Graduate with 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
Excellent communication skills in Marathi and Hindi
Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Willingness to handle outbound calling when necessary
