Job Description: As a Corporate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving corporate sales and managing key accounts to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong corporate network, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong corporate relations with government sectors and other large entities

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and revenue growth

  • Design and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate corporate markets effectively

  • Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals with corporate clients

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends

  • Ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and other departments

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

  • Possess a valid 4-wheeler driving license and comfortable with fieldwork

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA in Marketing preferred

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the automotive industry

  • Strong corporate network and proven track record of achieving sales targets

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving common goals

  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
