Job Description: As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless customer service experience for our client's car dealership. The ideal candidate holds a diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering, with 1 to 2 years of experience in automobile workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries and address issues efficiently and timely

• Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot technical issues

• Understand customer requirements and effectively convey them to technicians

• Translate technical and engineering jargon to customers in a comprehensible manner
