Job Description:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient order processing.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRA):

  1. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our products and services.

  2. After-Sales Service: Provide support and assistance to clients after orders have been placed, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.

  3. Feedback Collection: Solicit honest feedback from clients and use it to improve our products and services.

  4. Order Processing: Assist in processing orders and ensure timely collection of payments from clients.

  5. Query Resolution: Address and resolve any queries or issues raised by clients in a timely and efficient manner.

  6. Product Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of our company's products and services and effectively communicate them to clients.

  7. Complaint Handling: Act as a point of contact for client complaints and escalate any unresolved issues to the relevant department.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Any Graduate qualification.

  2. 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.

  3. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  4. Excellent communication skills in Marathi, English, and Hindi.

  5. Strong customer service orientation.

  6. Ability to handle incoming inquiries and resolve them efficiently.
