  • Company Overview: We are a leading HR recruiting agency currently seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Assistant for our esteemed client, a reputed manufacturer and supplier of mechanical components located in Waluj, Ch. Sambhajinagar. Our client is an industry leader, and we are looking for a dynamic individual to join their team in the capacity of an Executive Assistant.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    1. Calendar Management:  Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for the Managing Director.  Proactively manage MD’s calendars to optimize time and prioritize important engagements.
    2. Communication:  Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the MD.  Draft and edit correspondence, emails, and other documents as needed.
    3. Travel Coordination:  Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.  Ensure travel plans align with the executives' preferences and business priorities.
    4. Meeting Support:  Prepare agendas, presentations, and necessary documents for meetings.  Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
    5. Information Management:  Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.  Organize and maintain electronic and physical files.
    6. Task Prioritization:  Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.  Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively address them.
    7. Relationship Building:  Build positive relationships with internal and external.  Collaborate with other administrative professionals to enhance office efficiency.
    8. Project Support:  Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executives.  Coordinate with various departments to ensure project timelines are met

    Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.

  • Strong time-management abilities.

  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

  • Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

  • Female candidates are preferred for this position.
