Responsibilities: As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining the quality standards of brake component manufacturing. Key responsibilities include:
Managing and leading the production team.
Implementing and maintaining 5S practices within the manufacturing facility.
Developing and executing machine preventive maintenance schedules.
Providing training to production staff to enhance their skills and efficiency.
Taking charge of the production floor and ensuring smooth operations.
Motivating and extracting the best performance from the production team.
Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
0 to 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
Smart, sharp, and work-oriented individual.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to take charge.
Knowledge of 5S practices and implementation.
