Position Overview: We are in search of a dynamic Senior Quality Assurance Engineer. The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience. This role involves overseeing the implementation of ISO 9001 systems, managing customer complaints, and implementing 5S systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain ISO 9001 quality management systems
Handle customer complaints effectively, ensuring resolution and satisfaction
Drive the implementation of 5S methodology for workplace organization
Conduct quality audits and ensure compliance with industry standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and processes
Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering
3-4 years of experience in a quality assurance role
Proficiency in ISO 9001 system implementation
Strong ability to handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions
Knowledge and experience in implementing 5S methodology
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000
