Position Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and persuasive Business Development Executives & Managers who are passionate about health and sales. The role involves connecting with potential clients through calls and home visits, explaining health offerings, and converting leads into sales through effective communication and relationship building.

Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate

  • Experience in Direct Sales or Field Sales preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make daily outbound calls to assigned leads from the database

  • Schedule and conduct home visits for in-person health product counseling

  • Persuade clients through engaging conversations with a personal touch

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and report conversions

  • Maintain CRM entries, field activity reports, and client feedback

  • Share visit summaries and client insights with the internal team

Skills Required:

  • Excellent sales pitch and convincing ability

  • Strong communication and people skills

  • Fluent in Hindi and Marathi (Basic English required)

  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and comfortable with doorstep selling

  • Ability to build trust and engage clients emotionally

  • Knowledge of Indian culture and wellness concepts is a bonus

Special Requirements:

  • Smartphone and 2-wheeler are mandatory for local travel

  • Willingness to travel locally for field visits

  • Must be comfortable with direct/home-based sales approach

  • Daily reporting and tracking via mobile CRM tools
