To strengthen their team, we are seeking a proficient Store Shift in charge to join their operations.

Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.

  • Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely replenishment of stock.

  • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.

  • Conducting regular audits to ensure the accuracy of transactions and inventory records.

  • Providing leadership and guidance to store staff to ensure efficient operations.

  • Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory role.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software.

  • Knowledge of store management best practices and procedures.
