To strengthen their team, we are seeking a proficient Store Shift in charge to join their operations.
Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely replenishment of stock.
Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
Conducting regular audits to ensure the accuracy of transactions and inventory records.
Providing leadership and guidance to store staff to ensure efficient operations.
Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proven experience (2-3 years) in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software.
Knowledge of store management best practices and procedures.
