Job Description:
As an HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department in various administrative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRA):Time Office Management: Maintain attendance records and manage time office operations.
Salary and Wages: Assist in payroll processing and manage salary and wages administration.
Admin Activities: Support in various administrative activities within the organization.
Training Management: Coordinate training programs and ensure smooth execution.
Interview Management: Assist in scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and managing interview logistics.
Legal Compliance: Have knowledge of PF, ESI, and other legal requirements and ensure compliance.
Recruitment: Participate in recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
HR Admin Activities: Handle various HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:
Any Graduate/MBA in HR qualification.
1 to 3 years of experience in HR or related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of PF, ESI, and other legal requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office suite.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
