Position Overview
The Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, commissioning, and after-sales service support for calibration machines at customer sites across India. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and readiness to travel extensively.
Key Responsibilities
Install and commission calibration equipment at customer premises.
Attend service calls and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
Handle AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and provide timely support.
Maintain ISO service documentation and reports.
Conduct quality trials of equipment before dispatch and during customer visits.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Skills Required
Strong technical knowledge in the electrical domain.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Proficiency in maintaining documentation and reports.
Special Requirements
Must be open to extensive travel pan-India.
Excellent problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Commitment to maintaining service quality as per ISO standards.
