Position Overview:
We are seeking proactive and technically skilled Sales Executives with expertise in the electrical and switchgear industry. The role involves developing business opportunities, presenting technical solutions, and achieving business growth targets in collaboration with engineering and production teams.

Qualifications:

• B.E. Electrical, Diploma Electrical, or B. Tech. Electrical

• Proven understanding of electrical distribution systems and switchgear products

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for LV/MV switchgear products

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and distributors

• Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and competitor activities

• Understand client requirements and deliver technical presentations and sales pitches

• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals

• Work closely with engineering and production teams to fulfill customer requirements

• Provide technical assistance and after-sales support

• Achieve business development and sales targets

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of LV/MV/HV switchgear, circuit breakers, transformers, and electrical distribution systems

• Excellent technical presentation and proposal writing skills

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

Special Requirements:

• Ability to achieve business development targets consistently

• Strong technical acumen for understanding and explaining product specifications

• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and project discussions
