Position Overview:

The Store Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing inventory, coordinating raw material flow, and ensuring proper documentation of invoices and purchase orders. The role demands attention to detail, knowledge of store practices, and proficiency in tools like Tally and MS Office.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree in a relevant field.

Experience:

• 2–3 years in store/inventory/logistics management within a manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily, weekly & monthly inventory monitoring.

• Conducting monthly stock taking and maintaining accurate records.

• Follow-up of raw materials to ensure timely availability.

• Preparing purchase orders (P.O) and sales invoices.

• Knowledge and handling of fixturing and tooling.

• Coordinating with other departments for smooth store operations.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Tally and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Good communication and documentation skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Special Requirements:

• Proven experience in Tally & PO management.

• Strong knowledge of inventory monitoring and control.

• Ability to handle daily to monthly stock activities systematically.a
