Position Overview:

We are looking for a Junior NPD Engineer with strong experience in the wiring harness industry. The role requires hands-on expertise in product development, problem-solving, and proficiency in CAD-CAM & Catia. The candidate will support in designing, developing, and optimizing products and solutions while ensuring adherence to company goals and client requirements.

Qualifications:

• BE (Electrical / Electronics & Telecommunication / Mechanical)

• DEE / DME (with relevant experience may also apply)

Experience:

• 3–5 Years of experience in the Wiring Harness Industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new technologies or optimize existing solutions.

• Conceptualize, design, and test new products aligned with company goals.

• Conduct research, analyze problems, and identify solutions.

• Proficiently use CAD-CAM & Catia software.

• Support in cycle time reduction and cross-functional team (CFT) projects.

• Handle documentation, research analysis, and decision-making processes.

• Work with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Skills

• Knowledge of BOP (Bill of Process).

• Knowledge of component & source identification.

• Basic knowledge of raw materials.

• Strong problem-solving & time management skills.

• Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities.

• Teamwork, adaptability, and computer proficiency.

• Proficiency in CAD-CAM, Catia (mandatory).

Special Parameter

• Must have experience in the Wiring Harness Industry.

• Ability to develop or optimize products and test new designs.

• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.

• Expertise in CAD-CAM, Catia is a must.
