Position Overview:

The Quality Engineer will be responsible for inspecting and maintaining the quality of sheet metal components through detailed visual and dimensional checks. The role involves working closely with the production team to ensure that every product meets customer and ISO standards while maintaining accurate documentation and records.

Qualifications:

Any Graduate (Technical background preferred)

Experience:

Fresher or Experienced candidates can apply (Preference for candidates from a manufacturing or inspection background).

Key Responsibilities:

Perform visual and dimensional inspection of components and finished products.

Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately

Use measuring instruments such as Vernier, Height Gauge, and other inspection tools

Maintain inspection records, reports, and documentation

Support the production team in ensuring quality standards and specifications are met

Identify non-conformities and communicate corrective actions effectively.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of drawing reading and measurement techniques.

Hands-on experience with Vernier, Height Gauge, and other precision tools.

Basic understanding of quality standards and inspection procedures

Excellent attention to detail, observation, and analytical ability.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Special Requirements:

Must know Vernier measurement and drawing reading

Open to freshers and experienced candidates.

Preference for candidates from manufacturing or inspection backgrounds.
