Position Overview:
We are looking for a self-motivated and target-driven Marketing Officer with experience in the building materials or hardware sector. The ideal candidate should be excellent at client relationship management, business development, and result-driven execution.

Qualifications:
Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and convert them into business

• Build strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and dealers

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Promote wooden product offerings (like plywood, doors, pallets, etc.) across assigned territory

• Regular site visits, follow-ups, and client meetings

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction

• Prepare reports and sales forecasts for management

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong command over Excel, email communication, and digital awareness

• Self-motivated and result-oriented with a proactive sales approach

• Confidence to work independently in the field

• Good presentation and persuasion skills
