Job Title: HR Assistant (Confidential - Precision Industry)
Salary: 15000 to 25000 rupees per month

Overview: We are seeking an HR Assistant to join a leading company in the Precision Industry located in Waluj MIDC, Ch. Sambhajinagar. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the HR team to execute recruitment strategies, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.

• Assist in employee engagement activities aimed at fostering a positive work culture and team cohesion.

• Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy in all related HR documentation.

• Engage in various HR activities, contributing to the overall growth and development of the HR department.
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• A minimum of an MBA in Human Resources with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

• Proven capabilities in recruiting, employee engagement initiatives, payroll, and other HR functions.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
