Job Introduction

We are looking for a capable and experienced Deputy Manager of Sales and Purchase to join our client’s team. This position is located in Waluj, Chh. Sambhaji Nagar. The ideal candidate will have an M.Com, MBA in Pod Planning, or BE in Mechanical Engineering, along with 5 to 7 years of experience in manufacturing industries, preferably small or middle-scale companies. Candidates with a background in plastic moulding industries will be given preference.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in raw material procurement for manufacturing, especially in engineering materials

• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and suppliers

• Knowledge of inventory control and management

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the sales and purchase processes, ensuring timely procurement of raw materials required for production.

• Manage inventory control to maintain optimal stock levels, avoiding overstock or shortages.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring smooth coordination and delivery.

• Ensure that raw material procurement aligns with the production schedules and requirements of the plastic molding industry.

• Act as a key contact for sales negotiations and supplier interactions, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills.
