Sambhajinagar. With a focus on quality, precision, and continuous improvement, they are seeking a dedicated QA Engineer to strengthen their Quality Department.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on QA Engineer with a deep understanding of Plastic Injection Moulding Processes and Quality Management Systems like ISO and IATF. If you have a sharp eye for defects, love solving real production-floor problems, and have a “get it done” attitude, this role is tailor-made for you.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering / CIPET Graduate.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plastic Injection Moulding Defects & Rejections:
   Identify, analyze, and resolve defects during the production process.
   Drive initiatives to minimize rejections and enhance product quality.

2. Quality Management System Handling:
   Manage and implement ISO, IATF, and related QMS documentation and practices.
   Ensure compliance with all internal and external quality audits.

3. Team Handling:
   Lead, train, and guide junior quality team members on inspection procedures and standards.

4. Audit Management:
   Prepare for and actively participate in internal, customer, and certification audits.
   Ensure timely closure of Non-Conformities (NCs).

Required Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of Plastic Injection Moulding Processes and ability to detect and troubleshoot defects.

• Practical experience with QA Systems like ISO/IATF, TPM practices, and 5S/2S methodologies.

• Strong leadership qualities — ability to manage a small quality team independently.

• Highly self-motivated with a strong commitment to quality and production timelines.

• Hands-on experience in documentation, reporting, and compliance activities.

Special Requirements:

• Expertise in Plastic Injection Moulding defect analysis and rejection control.

• Proven experience in managing Quality Management Systems such as ISO, IATF, and customer audits.

• Must be confident in facing and handling customer audits and QMS documentation independently.
