Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Engineer to lead maintenance activities, ensure minimal downtime, and optimize equipment reliability. The role requires expertise in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and handling complex hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic systems.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Engineering (Electronics or Mechanical).

Experience:

• 5–8 years in a similar role (Wiring Harness industry experience preferred).

• Proven ability to lead maintenance teams and projects.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and find effective solutions.

• Perform technical work with precision under strict timelines.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce costs and downtime.

• Handle all types of machine breakdowns and manage PM (Preventive Maintenance) schedules.

• Verify MSEB meter readings and efficiently manage spare parts and stock.

• Solve line issues using POKA YOKE techniques.

• Develop new testing boards and plan PM for testing boards and applicators.

• Manage IATF documentation and compliance.

Skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical abilities.

• Proficiency in maintenance management software.

• Expertise in root cause analysis and troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic logics/circuits.

• Experience working with preventive maintenance programs in the wiring harness industry.
