Position Overview:

The Store Executive will be responsible for managing overall logistics, warehouse operations, and store operations. The role involves efficient stock management, ensuring the timely distribution of goods, vendor liaison, and optimizing inventory processes. Proficiency in SAP is mandatory for handling operations seamlessly.

Qualifications:

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (relevant certifications will add value).

• Prior experience in a similar industry is preferred.

Experience:

• 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.

• Organize and monitor the storage and distribution of goods.

• Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle.

• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and customers.

• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with cost, productivity, accuracy, and timelines.

• Manage budgeting and MIS for reporting and decision-making.

• Proficiently work on SAP for inventory and logistics operations.

Skills

• Proven working experience as a Logistics/Store Executive.

• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Successful track record in distribution and logistics management.

• Ability to lead and manage staff effectively.

• Proficiency in standard logistics software and SAP.

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

• Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
