Position Overview:

The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing operational data, preparing accurate MIS reports, and supporting internal teams with timely and reliable information. This role plays a critical part in enabling management decisions through structured reporting, data validation, and documentation. The position is well-suited for freshers or early-career professionals with strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Fresher or candidate with up to 1 year of MIS / data handling experience

• Graduate from any stream (Commerce / Management background preferred)

• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office tools

• Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and structured data

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end ownership of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reporting activities

• Prepare, update, and maintain accurate operational and management reports

• Perform data entry, data validation, and error checks to ensure report accuracy

• Work extensively on Advanced Excel including formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and pivot tables

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to meet reporting requirements

• Ensure process adherence, data consistency, and timely submission of reports

• Maintain organized records, documentation, and historical data for reference

• Support management with data analysis and performance tracking inputs

Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables)

• Experience or exposure to MIS reporting and report preparation

• Ability to handle data entry, data validation, and large datasets

• Basic understanding of data analysis and numerical accuracy

• Good command over MS Office tools

• Attention to detail with a structured and organized working approach
