The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, converting leads into customers, and providing expert financial guidance. This role requires strong communication skills, an ability to educate and solve customer queries, and a proactive approach to sales.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert leads into successful sales by engaging and educating clients.

  • Address customer concerns and provide tailored financial solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Effectively communicate the benefits of financial products and services.

  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

  • Ability to adapt communication style based on client needs.

Special Requirements:

  • Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.

  • Strong pitching and persuasion skills.

  • Prior experience in sales within the financial sector is a plus.
