Position Overview:

The Trainer – Sales will be responsible for designing and delivering structured training programs for sales professionals on the company’s software products. This role plays a critical part in onboarding new joiners, improving sales productivity, and ensuring teams clearly understand technical features, workflows, and SOPs in a business-friendly manner. The position requires strong presentation skills, stakeholder coordination, and hands-on training delivery across online and offline formats.

Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate / BE / B.Tech / Diploma from a recognized institution

  • Relevant training or facilitation background in software or technical environments

  • Formal exposure to sales enablement or product training is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct structured training sessions in both classroom and virtual formats for sales teams

  • Prepare, update, and deliver PPT-based training presentations aligned with business needs

  • Provide hands-on training on the company’s software products and internal tools

  • Explain technical concepts, product features, and SOP workflows in a clear, sales-friendly manner

  • Conduct regular meetings to track training progress, outcomes, and ongoing project requirements

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align training content with sales and business objectives

  • Continuously update training materials based on product changes, software updates, and process improvements

  • Track Proforma management and training completion for new joiners during onboarding

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Trainer with 2–5 years of hands-on training delivery

  • Strong understanding of software applications, workflows, and technical concepts

  • Ability to simplify complex technical information for non-technical and sales audiences

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Experience training sales or business teams is highly preferred

  • Comfortable delivering sessions in classroom, virtual, and hybrid environments

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and online training platforms

  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills for onboarding and performance tracking

Special Requirements:

  • Mandatory experience in explaining technical concepts, features, and SOP workflows in a business-friendly

  • Prior experience as a Technical Trainer within a 2–5 year range is essential

  • Strong capability in tracking Proforma management and training status of new joiners
