Position Overview:

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate (BBA, B.Com, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate leads.

• Customer Communication: Build and maintain relationships with customers via calls, emails, and meetings.

• Convincing Sales: Persuade and convince customers to make a purchase or sign a deal.

• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

• Follow-up: Regularly follow up with leads and clients to ensure timely closure of deals.

Required Skills:

• Fluent Communication: Must be able to communicate effectively in English and/or Hindi.

• Follow-up Skills: Strong ability to follow up with leads and convert them into sales.

• Convincing Skills: Excellent negotiation and convincing skills to close deals successfully.

• Target Achievement: Ability to work towards and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Customer Handling: Confident in handling customers and addressing their queries.
