Position Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and persuasive Business Development Executives who are passionate about health and sales. The role involves connecting with potential clients through calls, explaining health offerings, and converting leads into sales through effective communication and relationship building.
Qualifications:
Any Graduate
Experience in inside Sales preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Make daily outbound calls to assigned leads from the database
Persuade clients through engaging conversations with a personal touch
Achieve monthly sales targets and report conversions
Maintain CRM entries,
Share visit summaries and client insights with the internal team
Skills Required:
Excellent sales pitch and convincing ability
Strong communication and people skills
Fluent in Hindi and Marathi (Basic English required)
Energetic, enthusiastic, and comfortable with doorstep selling
Ability to build trust and engage clients emotionally
Knowledge of Indian culture and wellness concepts is a bonus
