Job Description: As a Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for business growth, and resolving customer complaints. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills and collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to boost profitability and customer satisfaction.
