Position Overview:

The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for leading the QC team, ensuring strict compliance with ISO/IATF standards, and maintaining the highest levels of product and process quality. The role requires strong technical expertise in wiring harness production, hands-on leadership, and effective customer/supplier communication.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of ISO/IATF standards and OEM requirements.

Experience:

• 8–10 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably in the wiring harness or automotive manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot equipment and product quality issues; ensure compliance with ISO/IATF standards.

• Develop and implement quality control processes, inspection plans, and preventive actions (RCA & CAPA).

• Lead and train the QC team; conduct regular audits and monitor performance metrics.

• Handle customer complaints, participate in audits, and coordinate with suppliers to improve material quality.

• Maintain accurate quality documentation, prepare KPIs, and ensure calibration of measurement tools.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of wiring harness production processes and quality standards.

• Proficient in measurement tools (vernier calipers, micrometers) and quality tools (FMEA, SPC, Control Plans, PPAP).

• Leadership skills with hands-on experience in QC team management and audits.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.

Special parameters

• Practical knowledge of quality control in wiring harness production processes.

• Proven experience in ISO/IATF standards and OEM customer handling.

• Ability to lead and mentor the QC team effectively.

• Strong track record of maintaining KPIs and calibration compliance.
