Position Overview:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who is not only technically proficient but also culturally sensitive and goal-oriented. The role involves strategizing and managing paid campaigns, leading agency collaborations, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring health-compliant communication across platforms. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Meta and Google Ads and the ability to generate high-quality leads at a competitive cost.
Qualifications:
Any Graduate (preferably with certifications in Digital Marketing)
Google Ads / Meta Blueprint Certifications preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Launch and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube)
Ensure all ad creatives follow health and wellness advertising compliance policies
Achieve lead generation KPIs:
CPL: ₹200–₹300 (webinars)
Webinar Show-up Rate: 50–70%
Conversion Rate: 10% from clicks
Event Registrations: 500+ per webinarCreate compelling, culturally aligned ad copies and creatives
Manage daily paid ad budget of ₹40,000–₹60,000 for events and lead generation
Plan and conduct A/B tests on creatives, copies, and audience targeting
Build and maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar for organic and paid marketing
Develop engaging offers like free PDFs, mini-courses, or EMI plans
Monitor SEO performance in bi-weekly meetings with the SEO agency and align with the content strategy
Coordinate with creative, performance, and content agencies and drive accountability
Track and report KPIs using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Analytics, and CRM
Present monthly digital performance reports to the leadership team
