Position Overview:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who is not only technically proficient but also culturally sensitive and goal-oriented. The role involves strategizing and managing paid campaigns, leading agency collaborations, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring health-compliant communication across platforms. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Meta and Google Ads and the ability to generate high-quality leads at a competitive cost.

Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate (preferably with certifications in Digital Marketing)

  • Google Ads / Meta Blueprint Certifications preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube)

  • Ensure all ad creatives follow health and wellness advertising compliance policies

  • Achieve lead generation KPIs:
    CPL: ₹200–₹300 (webinars)
    Webinar Show-up Rate: 50–70%
    Conversion Rate: 10% from clicks
    Event Registrations: 500+ per webinar 

  • Create compelling, culturally aligned ad copies and creatives

  • Manage daily paid ad budget of ₹40,000–₹60,000 for events and lead generation

  • Plan and conduct A/B tests on creatives, copies, and audience targeting

  • Build and maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar for organic and paid marketing

  • Develop engaging offers like free PDFs, mini-courses, or EMI plans

  • Monitor SEO performance in bi-weekly meetings with the SEO agency and align with the content strategy

  • Coordinate with creative, performance, and content agencies and drive accountability

  • Track and report KPIs using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Analytics, and CRM

  • Present monthly digital performance reports to the leadership team

Skills Required:

Technical Skills:

  • Meta Ads Manager

  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

  • Google Analytics

  • SEO Metrics Understanding

  • Canva (basic design familiarity)

  • CRM tools & tracking

  • A/B Testing tools

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical mindset and data interpretation

  • Effective communication in Hindi and English

  • Cultural sensitivity and audience empathy

  • Ability to lead cross-functional coordination

  • Problem-solving and goal-oriented attitude

Special Requirements:

  • Proven ability to manage Meta and Google Ads at scale

  • Experience working with SEO and creative agencies

  • Must understand lead monitoring, CPL optimization, and webinar funnel performance

  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment

  • Ability to design and execute viral campaigns and lead generation strategies

  • Hands-on execution plus strategic ownership is a must
