Position Overview:
The Sales Engineer will serve as the technical and commercial link between the company and its clients. The role involves providing technical product solutions, understanding customer requirements, building relationships, and supporting business growth through active sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

• BE / B.Tech Mechanical

Experience:

• 0 – 5 Years of experience in sales engineering or relevant technical sales roles

Key Responsibilities:

• Make technical presentations and demonstrate how products meet client needs

• Understand, manage, and anticipate customer requirements

• Attend trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events

• Search for and engage potential new clients

• Maintain daily records of sales activity and customer communications

• Coordinate internally with sales, manufacturing, and support teams

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Ability to maintain accurate sales records and reports

• Capable of building and maintaining client relationships

Special Requirements:

• Must meet and communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person visits

• Ability to interpret and manage customer requirements effectively

• BE/B. Tech Mechanical qualification is mandatory

• Proven ability to deliver technical presentations and support sales activities
