Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely onboarding.

• Oversee payroll management and legal compliances such as PF and ESIC.

• Organize employee engagement events, outings, and special HR activities.

• Conduct training and development sessions for employees.

• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies in alignment with company objectives.

• Handle conflict management and foster a positive work environment.

Skills Required:
