Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead digital presence across platforms. The role includes planning content calendars, managing daily posts, optimizing YouTube SEO, and driving engagement in the wellness and parenting space.

Experience:

• 1–5 years of relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute daily posts (reels, stories, carousels) across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp.

• Coordinate with video editors and graphic designers to create engaging content.

• Manage YouTube SEO: titles, tags, thumbnails, keywords, and engagement strategies.

• Analyze social media metrics and implement performance improvements.

• Stay updated with social media trends, especially in wellness and parenting.

• Handle community engagement, including comments and DMs.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of YouTube SEO and growth strategies.

• Creative visual sense for reels, thumbnails, and short-form videos.

• Proficiency with Canva, Creator Studio, and Google Sheets.
