Job Description:
As a Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing production activities and ensuring efficiency and quality in the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRA):

1. Supervision of Production Activities: Oversee and supervise production activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.

2. Knowledge of Engineering Drawings: Interpret engineering drawings and ensure that production activities are carried out according to specifications.

3. Product Requirement Monitoring: Monitor the requirement of products and materials for production and supervise accordingly to ensure smooth operations.
   Qualifications and Skills:

4. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or Bachelor's in Engineering (BE).

5. 1 to 3 years of experience as a supervisor in the production department.

6. Good knowledge of reading engineering drawings.

7. Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
