Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Executive to manage our digital presence, content development, and lead engagement across platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in content creation, design, and online community management. This role is best suited for someone who is digitally savvy, fluent in English, and confident in Canva and content writing.

Qualifications:

• Education: Any Graduate

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in social media marketing, digital content, or related fields

• Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English

Key Responsibilities:

• Write engaging blogs and LinkedIn posts related to recruitment and HR trends

• Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)

• Post vacancies on job portals, the company website, and social media

• Maintain and organize lead data and responses from digital campaigns

• Collaborate with the recruitment team to align content with current openings and hiring needs

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Canva for creating eye-catching visuals

• Fluency in English for content writing and communication

• Strong content creation and drafting skills

• Creative mindset with an eye for social media trends

• Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies and analytics tools (optional but beneficial)
