Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential companies for collaboration, demonstrating a clear understanding of their hiring needs and challenges.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and manager-level positions within client organisations.
Business Expansion: Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the business in different regions of India, ensuring sustained growth.
Agreement Closure: Utilize excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively communicate our services, persuade clients, and secure agreements.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Remote Working Management: For candidates outside Ch. Sambhajinagar, ensure effective communication and collaboration through remote working tools.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, with a proven track record of dealing with manager-level positions.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate the value proposition effectively.
Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and close agreements with clients, meeting both parties' expectations.
Self-Motivated: Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently, meeting and exceeding targets.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Location: Candidates residing outside Ch. Sambhajinagar can avail remote working options.
