As their team expands, they are looking for a skilled Accounts Manager to take full ownership of accounting processes and ensure financial compliance.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to handle full-cycle accounting operations, manage compliance tasks, and support financial audits and reporting. This is a crucial role for ensuring the financial health and regulatory adherence of the organization.

Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com (mandatory)

• Sound knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, and TDS

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete accounting cycle: general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations

• Handle monthly and annual closing and assist in quarterly audits

• File GST and TDS returns on time with accuracy

• Perform bank reconciliations regularly

• Maintain records for import/export transactions, E-way bills, and debit/credit notes

• Support internal teams with budgeting and forecasting

• Generate and analyze financial reports for decision-making

• Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations

• Proficient use of Tally software for daily accounting
