Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive to manage and oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and policy implementation. The role requires someone with experience in manufacturing setups who can act as a strategic partner between employees and management while ensuring compliance with labour laws and HR best practices.

Qualifications:

  • MBA (HR) / Equivalent Graduate qualification in Human Resources.

Experience:

  • 2–5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

  • Develop strategies to hire talent across white-collar and blue-collar roles.

  • Conduct smooth onboarding and induction programs.

Compliance & Audit

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, Factories Act, and statutory regulations.

  • Handle PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax, and other statutory filings.

  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors for HR & statutory audits.

Payroll & HR Operations

  • Oversee accurate payroll processing.

  • Manage attendance, leave policies, and employee data records.

  • Ensure proper HRIS management and documentation.

Employee Engagement & Development

  • Drive engagement initiatives to improve employee morale and retention.

  • Address grievances and maintain a positive workplace culture.

  • Support training & development programs for skill enhancement.

General HR Management

  • Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs aligned with organizational goals.

  • Monitor performance management processes (KPI/KRA, appraisals).

  • Contribute to strengthening the work culture in a manufacturing environment.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Expertise in recruitment & onboarding processes.

  • Knowledge of payroll, statutory compliance, and HR operations.

  • Ability to design and implement HR policies and employee engagement programs.
