Position Overview:
The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) will be responsible for building and maintaining long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting the sales and marketing teams through effective CRM practices. This role is crucial in managing client communications, handling queries, and driving engagement campaigns to improve customer retention.
Qualifications:
Graduate in BBA/Marketing/Commerce or equivalent.
Hands-on experience with CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update customer database in CRM (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently.
Coordinate with Sales & Marketing teams for seamless communication.
Run customer engagement campaigns via Email/SMS/WhatsApp.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in CRM platforms and MS Office tools.
Special Requirements:
Proven ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
Experience in customer engagement campaigns.
