    Job Description:
    The HR Officer will be responsible for managing various HR functions within the organization. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to influence and convince others and be output-driven. They should have experience in handling employee entry and exit processes and implementing strategies for employee retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and oversee the employee recruitment and selection process.

  2. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.

  3. Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes.

  4. Handle employee exit processes, including conducting exit interviews and facilitating smooth transitions.

  5. Develop and implement employee retention strategies to reduce turnover and improve employee satisfaction.

  6. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including policies, benefits, and career development opportunities.

  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

  8. Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

  9. Collaborate with management to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.

  10. Lead and motivate the HR team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
