Position Overview:

The HR Generalist will oversee all core HR operations for the manufacturing facility, ensuring seamless workforce processes, compliance adherence, employee lifecycle management, and administrative support. The role is central to maintaining efficient HR systems, structured documentation, effective recruitment, and smooth day‑to‑day functioning of the plant’s HR activities.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in HR / Any Graduate with strong HR operational experience

  • Solid understanding of manufacturing HR processes, compliance, and documentation

  • Experience managing payroll inputs, attendance systems, and statutory records

  • Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations for the manufacturing unit with accuracy and compliance

  • Drive recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation processes

  • Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance validation, and leave management activities

  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws) and maintain audit-ready HR records

  • Support administrative tasks, vendor coordination, and facility-related requirements

  • Maintain employee engagement practices and resolve HR-related queries

  • Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and data summaries for management review

  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, process guidelines, and documentation standards

Skills Required:

  • Strong command over HR operations in a manufacturing environment

  • Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and documentation management

  • Ability to manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave systems

  • Sound knowledge of statutory compliance and HR record maintenance

  • Proficiency in administration, vendor coordination, and facility support

  • Strong interpersonal abilities for effective employee relations handling

  • Competence in MIS reporting, data management, and HR systems

Special Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in Recruitment, especially for manufacturing setups

  • Strong understanding of Payroll coordination and attendance systems

  • Proven capability in managing Statutory Compliance and HR documentation

  • Ability to independently handle Administration and vendor management
