Position Overview:

The Sr. Officer / Executive Store will manage end-to-end store operations including material receipt, storage, issuance, and documentation. The role ensures inventory accuracy, compliance with FIFO/FEFO, and smooth coordination with purchase, production, and dispatch teams. This position is essential for maintaining material availability, minimizing shortages, and supporting overall manufacturing efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate / B.Com / BBA / Diploma

  • Experience in store management within manufacturing or automotive industries

  • Familiarity with ERP/SAP and inventory documentation preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end ownership of store operations and inventory management

  • Handle inward and outward material transactions with accurate documentation

  • Maintain stock registers, GRN, issue slips, and inventory-related records

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with purchase, production, and dispatch teams

  • Ensure FIFO / FEFO practices, proper material storage, and warehouse discipline

  • Monitor minimum stock levels and raise alerts for replenishment needs

  • Conduct stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and prepare audit-ready documentation

  • Ensure process adherence, quality benchmarks, and timely material flow support

Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of store operations and inventory management practices

  • Working knowledge of ERP / SAP / MS Excel for stock tracking and reporting

  • Ability to manage GRN, stock reconciliation, and documentation processes

  • Effective material handling, coordination, and communication skills

  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and material consumption flow

Special Requirements:

  • Preference for candidates with Manufacturing / Automotive Industry experience

  • Ability to independently manage store operations and inventory accuracy

  • Exposure to audit, compliance, and stock verification processes
