Position Overview:
The Sr. Officer / Executive Store will manage end-to-end store operations including material receipt, storage, issuance, and documentation. The role ensures inventory accuracy, compliance with FIFO/FEFO, and smooth coordination with purchase, production, and dispatch teams. This position is essential for maintaining material availability, minimizing shortages, and supporting overall manufacturing efficiency.
Qualifications:
Any Graduate / B.Com / BBA / Diploma
Experience in store management within manufacturing or automotive industries
Familiarity with ERP/SAP and inventory documentation preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end ownership of store operations and inventory management
Handle inward and outward material transactions with accurate documentation
Maintain stock registers, GRN, issue slips, and inventory-related records
Collaborate cross-functionally with purchase, production, and dispatch teams
Ensure FIFO / FEFO practices, proper material storage, and warehouse discipline
Monitor minimum stock levels and raise alerts for replenishment needs
Conduct stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and prepare audit-ready documentation
Ensure process adherence, quality benchmarks, and timely material flow support
Skills Required:
Strong understanding of store operations and inventory management practices
Working knowledge of ERP / SAP / MS Excel for stock tracking and reporting
Ability to manage GRN, stock reconciliation, and documentation processes
Effective material handling, coordination, and communication skills
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and material consumption flow
Special Requirements:
Preference for candidates with Manufacturing / Automotive Industry experience
Ability to independently manage store operations and inventory accuracy
Exposure to audit, compliance, and stock verification processes
