Position Overview:

The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers over calls, explaining products or services, generating interest, and converting leads into successful sales. This role plays a key part in revenue generation, customer engagement, and maintaining accurate sales records while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

Any Graduate from a recognized institution

Freshers are welcome; prior telesales or customer interaction experience is an advantage

Basic understanding of sales concepts and customer handling

Key Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end telesales activities, including lead engagement and conversion

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products or services clearly

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

Follow up on leads systematically to maximize conversion opportunities

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales outcomes

Ensure adherence to calling scripts, sales processes, and quality standards

Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth sales closure and customer onboarding

Meet daily and monthly call and sales performance targets

Skills Required:

Strong verbal communication skills with clarity and confidence

Ability to engage customers and build rapport over phone calls

Good listening skills with effective objection-handling capability

Basic computer knowledge for CRM, data entry, and reporting

Result-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in sales
